El beneficiario continuará resguardando el colateral depositado bajo este instrumento después del pago de este instrumento, si a la hora del pago de este instrumento el deudor es responsable al acreedor como deudor en cualquier otro instrumento o si el fabricante está de otra manera endeudado al beneficiario. El acreedor podrá ejercitar todos sus derechos con respecto al colateral dado bajo de este instrumento incluyendo si este instrumento se entrega al deudor.
